Robin Johnson has over 30 years experience in the real estate business involving real appraisal, property management and ownership. Robin has a Masters Degree in Economics and received his AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2003. Robin has been a real estate appraiser since 2002 specializing in commercial and agriculture appraisals. Specific appraisal assignments include: commercial and industrial buildings, farm land, recreational properties, development properties, commercial market rent, property expropriation for government agencies, and specific appraisals for estates and matrimonial disputes. Robin has also been accepted as an expert witness by the Court of Queen’s Bench and has testified before the courts on numerous occasions..
