Randy has vast experience as a residential appraiser, having worked for over 40 years in the real estate industry.  He has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1986, was granted his CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation in 1991 and recently (2018) received a P.App (Professional Appraiser) designation.  He has also been a licensed realtor since 1978.  Randy’s area of
expertise falls within the Regina and surrounding area marketplace.  With years of experience and dedication to his work, Randy is highly respected by a widevariety of clients, ranging from large institutions to private individuals.  Being regarded as a valued professional in his field, Randy has been called upon to serve as an expert witness before the Court of Queen’s Bench, on several occasions.
